Three great men, abolitionist Theodore Joadson, lawyer Roger Baldwin, and former president John Quincy Adams fight for the freedom, and civil rights, of the African slaves.
Sex, Lies And Video Tape: Anne and John are married, but John is having an affair with Anne’s sister Cynthia. When an old friend of theirs, Graham, shows up, everything changes. John likes to videotape interviews, especially with women.

Muse Concert: Paper thin yet cute romantic comedy in reference to a cleaned-up ’80s pop megastar (Permit) who gets a huge break getting to perform an original melody with a modern day music megastar (Bennett) if he can only find a lyricist with whom he could work with. Permit is at his best, throwing off a constant flow of ludicrous lines. (96 minutes, 2007)Cast includes Hugh Permit, Drew Barrymore, Brad Garrett, Kristen Johnston, Campbell Scott, and Haley Bennett.
A Good Woman: Strange rendition of Oscar Wilde’s Woman Windermere’s Fan, which has been filmed a few times over the years, set in Italy instead of England and updated from the’90s to the’30s.
